Email: Contact Me Sara McKinley has practiced law in Polk County, Florida since 2011. Her primary practice areas are Family and Marital Law and Criminal Law. Sara was born in Winter Haven, Florida in 1984. She graduated from Bartow High School in 2003. Sara graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 and obtained a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in May of 2011. Sara was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2011. Sara began practicing with her father, Richard McKinley, upon her admission to the Florida Bar. Sara focuses her practice on Marital & Family Law and Criminal Defense. She has represented clients in divorces, custody and timesharing disputes, paternity cases, child support matters, and in actions for injunctions for protection against domestic violence. She has assisted clients in criminal matters including misdemeanor offenses, felony cases, and probation violations. |
